Customization

How many letters can I enter?

From 1 to 12 letters. Spaces and unsupported symbols are removed from the preview, and every name stays on one line.

What do 3 cm, 4 cm, and 5 cm mean?

They refer to the approximate height of the letters, not the total width of the finished name. Longer names will be wider and may be visually scaled in the preview.

Can every letter have a different glitter color?

Yes. Choose from 20 real glitter colors. Select a multi-color plan, then assign a glitter color to each letter. The selected plan must match the number of unique glitter colors used.

Can I choose the eyelet position?

No. For consistent strength and production, the round eyelet is fixed beside the first letter. Attachment hardware passes through that eyelet.

Will the finished item look exactly like the preview?

The preview is a design guide. Glitter distribution, handmade placement, lighting, and screen settings can cause small differences. Your spelling, selected font, outline color, size, and color plan will follow your submitted choices.

Production and delivery

How long will my order take?

Estimated production time is 5–7 business days. After dispatch, estimated transit is 7–15 business days for Standard Shipping or 3–7 business days for Express Shipping. Estimates exclude weekends and major holidays and are not guaranteed.

How much is U.S. shipping?

Standard Shipping is $8 USD, Standard Shipping is free on qualifying orders of $70 USD or more, and Express Shipping is $15 USD. The available rate is confirmed at checkout.

Product care

Is it a toy?

No. This is a decorative personalized accessory and contains small parts. Keep it away from babies and young children, and do not chew or bend it.

How should I care for it?

Wipe gently with a soft dry cloth. Avoid high heat, harsh cleaners, prolonged soaking, and heavy impacts.

Orders

Can personalized orders be returned?

Correctly made personalized items are not eligible for change-of-mind returns or exchanges. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or different from the order details we received, contact us within 7 calendar days of delivery with your order number and clear photos.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Send the request within 12 hours of purchase. Changes and cancellations are not guaranteed and are no longer possible after production begins.
