United States shipping

We currently ship to addresses in the United States. Every personalized name charm is made after the order is submitted.

Production time

Estimated production time is 5–7 business days. Business days exclude weekends and major holidays. Production begins after complete, usable customization details are received. We will contact you if an order contains incomplete or conflicting information; the production estimate may pause until we receive a reply.

Shipping rates and estimated transit

• Standard Shipping: $8 USD; estimated 7–15 business days after dispatch.
• Free Standard Shipping: available when the qualifying merchandise total reaches $70 USD at checkout.
• Express Shipping: $15 USD; estimated 3–7 business days after dispatch.

Production time and carrier transit time are separate. Delivery estimates are not guarantees and can be affected by holidays, weather, customs or security review, address issues, and carrier delays.

Tracking and address accuracy

Tracking information will be sent to the email used at checkout when the order ships. Carrier scans can take time to update. Please check the recipient name and complete delivery address before ordering. Contact us immediately about an address error. We cannot guarantee address changes after fulfillment begins, and reshipping costs caused by an incorrect customer-provided address may be the customer’s responsibility.

Delayed, lost, or marked-delivered packages

If tracking has not updated for 15 business days beyond the estimated delivery window, or if a package is marked delivered but cannot be found, email yt415011861@gmail.com with your order number. We will review the tracking and help with the carrier inquiry. Please also check with household members, neighbors, and the local carrier office.

Taxes and other charges

Applicable taxes collected by the store are shown at checkout. Any carrier or government charge not collected at checkout is the recipient’s responsibility where permitted by law.
